City Hall Reservations

Bellevue City Hall has meeting and event space available for other governmental agencies, community and neighborhood groups, local non-profits, and civic organizations. Standard meeting rooms are bright and comfortable and located on the first floor of the building for easy access. We have a variety of spaces available depending on your needs.

To request a reservation:

1. Complete a Facility Request Form. Please submit the form to mailto:CityHalEvents@bellevuewa.gov
2. Once we receive your completed facility request form, we will contact you within one business day to confirm availability, review any special requests, determine applicable charges and finalize your reservation
